Project description: A preengineered metal building is the basis of a new nPrint Graphix facility to include 3,000 square feet of finished office space with an upstairs mezzanine for creative work. The rest of the building is a warehouse to hold specialty printing equipment. The exterior will consist of two-tone gray metal panels with the company’s signature bright blue around the entrance. Interior office walls will have custom vinyl graphics created by nPrint Graphix to showcase printing options and designs. The architect is Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective, which is also serving as mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Other engineers are Lee Engineering & Associates LLC, civil, and Miller Engineering LLC, structural. Interior design is by Chelsee Sowder LLC.
