Novo Nordisk is ending a collaboration with Hims & Hers after announcing in April that it would offer weight loss drug Wegovy through several such telehealth companies.
Officials with Novo Nordisk allege Hims & Hers has “failed to adhere to the law which prohibits mass sales of compounded drugs” under the “false guise” of personalization, CNBC reports.
Novo Nordisk also accused Hims & Hers of engaging in "deceptive" marketing.
