Project description: Nothum Food Processing Systems’ project includes 12,000 square feet of new office space that includes an expanded employee breakroom, multiple conference rooms and an open office area, plus an additional production plant of 30,000 square feet with new shipping and receiving bays. The project also includes the renovation of 8,000 square feet of existing production space to include a new equipment demonstration room. The project architect is OzMo LLC. Engineers are Own Inc., civil; RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, structural; and Jennifer Winslow PE LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
