Norway's $2 trillion sovereign wealth fund is investing $543 million in a New York City office building.
The investment will give the fund managed by Norges Bank Investment Management a 95% stake in the Manhattan building known as Sixth Avenue.
The deal is a joint venture with real estate investment firm Beacon Capital Partners. A Beacon subsidiary will take a 5% stake in the building and oversee asset management for the property.
