The CEO of national defense contractor Northrop Grumman is stepping down.
Wes Bush, CEO since 2010, is scheduled to exit the job on Jan. 1. He'll stay on as chairman through July 2019.
Kathy Warden, Northrop's president and chief operating officer, will replace Bush.
