Northern Missouri residents oppose CAFO

A group of Livingston County residents in northern Missouri are opposing a planned concentrated animal feeding operation.

United Hog Systems’ 10,500-pig CAFO reportedly is on track for state approval.

The group of residents say the facility's air emissions and pig waste would destroy the landscape, while United Hog says the concerns are unfounded.
