Project description: These two concurrent projects for Willard Public Schools renovate 5,000 square feet of existing buildings with a 1,100-square-foot addition to North Elementary. Originally built in the 1950s, both schools are being transformed with new spaces to provide open collaboration areas for students and staff, as well as new administrative spaces, restrooms, secure entries and reception areas. The project architect is Paragon Architecture LLC, and engineers are Toth and Associates Inc., civil and structural; and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
