Department store giant Nordstrom plans to launch a store concept that won't have any clothing in stock.
The stores dubbed Nordstrom Local instead will have free consultations with personal stylists.
The stylists will advise customers and then have merchandise brought in to the stores. The locations also will have manicures and curbside pickup.
