A nonprofit and a homebuilder are teaming up to build an affordable housing subdivision in north St. Louis County.
The nonprofit, Equity Homes, and company, McBride Homes, are working on Eskridge Estates, a nearly 6-acre community.
The three- and four-bedroom single-family homes are designed for people with low to moderate incomes.
