A nonprofit has purchased the FBI's former Kansas City field office building.
Kansas City-based Guadalupe Centers plans to use the 1300 Summit St. property spanning nearly 87,000 square feet for a high school expansion as part of its Guadalupe Centers Charter Schools program.
Guadalupe Centers bought the property on Dec. 20 from Office Properties Income Trust. The FBI moved to a larger office.
