Candidates are nominated by readers and selected by an independent panel of judges. Winners will be announced March 27 and recognized at a May 18 event.
To qualify, nominees must live or work within a 50-mile radius of Springfield and cannot turn 40 before the May ceremony. Previous 40 Under 40 honorees are not eligible, and 2005 Most Influential Women honorees may not be nominated.
Nomination forms are available online and in SBJ's weekly print edition. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 21.
