Flintco Inc. is the general contractor for Noble/Dearborn LLC’s third building on the Noble & Associates campus in Chesterfield Village. Pellham Phillips is the architect and the engineer for the 22,000-square-foot building, which has an estimated cost of $1.36 million, according to a building permit filed with the city of Springfield. The new building will expand the capacity of Noble’s food and consumer promotion business, according to John Scroggins, Noble’s director of public relations. The building will house the agency’s culinary, research, consumer insight and product development departments. The 1930s-style brick building will blend with its surroundings in Chesterfield Village.
