Via acquisition, Nixa-based G5 Enterprises Inc. has bolstered its market share in the Natural State.
The holding company of insulation and exterior building products businesses closed Oct. 3 on the purchase of Mountain Home, Arkansas-based BPSi Foam Insulators for an undisclosed price, according to a news release issued this week.
G5 Enterprises President Maribeth Gardner said via email this morning that with the purchase the holding company now owns six businesses with a combined 150 employees. G5’s operations include six Bolivar Insulation branches, Arkansas Insulation in Springdale, insulUSA in Nixa, Southwestern Professional Exteriors in Nixa and G5 Enterprises Commercial LLC in Nixa, said G5 Enterprises spokeswoman Alisa Drum.
With the purchase, G5 retained BPSi’s five employees at the central northern Arkansas office. BPSi handles insulation commercial and agricultural construction projects, as well as retrofits and remediation.
G5 Enterprises operates in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma.
