Posted online
A Nixa High School graduate made one of Forbes’ 2015 30 Under 30 lists.

Victor Saad, 29, of the Nixa class of 2003, made the 30 Under 30 in Education list.

Now a Chicago resident, Saad is noted for his 2012 founding of Experience Institute, a do-it-yourself graduate-level program that allows students to design their own programs and pitch to vetted companies for apprenticeships.

According to ExpInstitute.com, the Chicago institute is a combination of interactive classes led by industry professionals, as well as projects around the city.

Saad also is the author of “The Leap Year Project: Learning to Risk & Risking to Learn,” a book about him quitting his job to pursue a self-made education centered around design, business development and social innovation.

Forbes this month released its 30 Under 30 lists that cover 20 industries.
