Project description: A three-phase interior renovation of Nixa City Hall is nearing completion. City officials say the project will relocate the front reception area from the Nixa City Council chambers entrance to the eastmost entrance and will also move the utility billing staff and functions from a separate building into the city hall. Security measures will be updated, and council chambers will be expanded for a more flexible space. Additional offices are also included to address staff capacity and expansion needs. The architect is Insight Design Architects LLC. Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is serving as structural engineer.
