Nissan Motor Co. is expected to announce more than 10,000 layoffs.
Japan’s second-largest automaker previously announced 4,800 cuts in May. The 10,000 layoffs include the previously announced cuts.
Affected jobs mostly will be at factories overseas with low utilization rates.
