Nintendo's market cap has risen steadily thanks, in part, to the recent launch of its Switch 2 console, CNBC reports.
The company's shares have jumped by nearly 50% this year, bringing its market cap up to $39 billion.
Nintendo reportedly sold 3.5 million Switch 2 units in the first four days of its launch. The company previously forecast sales of 15 million units during its current fiscal year that ends in March 2026, though analysts are expecting higher numbers.
