Nintendo announced Shuntaro Furukawa will take over as president for the retiring Tatsumi Kimishima.
With Nintendo since 1994, Furukawa has been managing executive officer, supervisor of corporate analysis and administration division and director since 2016.
Kimishima became president of the company in 2015 after former President Satoru Iwata died.
