Nine states this week announced plans to roll back COVID-19 requirements.
The states are California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon and Rhode Island.
The requirements involve face masks that are required at indoor venues, including some businesses and schools.
