Trevor Milton, founder and former CEO and chair of electric truck maker Nikola, has been found guilty in federal court of fraud.
Milton was convicted of three of four counts of fraud related to false statements he made to drive up the value of the company's stock.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled Jan. 27.
