NFL player Josh Bellamy was charged and arrested for his alleged participation in a coronavirus relief loan scam.
Bellamy, 31, and others applied for Paycheck Protection Program loans that combined were worth more than $24 million.
Bellamy allegedly used some of the loan funding for his company, Drip Entertainment LLC, on luxury goods and other personal expenses.
He was released by the New York Jets on Tuesday.
