NextEra Energy is in talks to acquire Dominion Energy, according to multiple media reports.
The structure of the deal calls for each outstanding Dominion share to be converted into 0.8 shares of NextEra stock.
Current NextEra shareholders would own approximately 75% of the combined entity.
