Next city for Google Fiber revealed

Google Inc. announced yesterday it will bring its high-speed fiber-optic Internet service to San Antonio, the latest winner among U.S. cities vying for it.

The Texas city is the largest picked for Google's gigabit service, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The service, which was first launched in Kansas City, will be installed in San Antonio over the next several months.
