After the purchase of Tribune-owned TV stations for $6.4 billion, Nexstar is selling 19 stations in 15 markets for $1.3 billion.
Tenga will buy 11 stations, with E.W. Scripps Co. picking up the remainder.
Affected communities include Fort Smith, Arkansas.
