Hundreds of newspapers, including those within the USA Today Network, have dropped the "Dilbert" comic strip over racist remarks by its creator.
The creator, Scott Adams, said in a YouTube show that Black Americans are a "hate group" and that white people should “get the hell away” from them.
Officials with Gannett, which publishes the USA Today Network of newspapers, said the company aims to “lead with inclusion and strive to maintain a respectful and equitable environment for the diverse communities we serve nationwide.”
