Newspaper company McClatchy has completed its merger with Accelerate360.
The combined business will operate as McClatchy Media Co. Both companies are owned by Chatham Asset Management LLC.
McClatchy publishes around 30 newspapers, including the Kansas City Star. Accelerate360 publishes 10 magazines, including Us Weekly.
