Banking & Finance
Shawn Clemens joined Branson Bank as vice president of commercial lending. With 11 years of experience in commercial banking, Clemens is a Branson High School graduate with a business administration degree from College of the Ozarks.

Bolivar-based Grand Missouri Bank, formerly LimeBank, promoted Caitlin Maxwell to vice president of retail operations and Robin Woodmansee to chief operations officer. Maxwell’s banking career started in 2016, and Woodmansee has more than 26 years of banking experience.

Arvest Bank was named to Forbes’ 2025 list of the World’s Best Banks. In its seventh consecutive year on the list, Arvest Bank ranked No. 27 among U.S. banks. The rankings were determined through an independent survey of more than 50,000 bank customers.

Chambers of Commerce
The Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce hired Jeremy Goggans as economic development director. He joined the chamber from Wagoner County, Oklahoma, where he served as interim director of planning and zoning and right-of-way coordinator.

Government
The Springfield-Greene County Library District selected Haley White as branch manager of Library Station. A Library District employee since 2015, White previously served as manager of the Library Station reference department. White has a master’s in library and information science from Wayne State University.

Nonprofit
Leadership Springfield appointed Haley Armstrong, Mary Ling and Zion Spurgeon to its board of directors. Armstrong works as inclusion and talent acquisition partner at Guaranty Bank; Ling is director of people services at Amprod LLC; and Spurgeon serves as a commercial banking vice president at Arvest Bank. For its 2025-26 program year, Leadership Springfield announced the following executive committee members: President Brad Coy, senior corporate category manager in the defense industry; Past President Diana Tyndall, owner of Modern Day Marketing; Vice President Jana Greig, executive vice president of administration and marketing at Brightli/Burrell Behavioral Health; Treasurer Gretchen Russell, shareholder at KPM CPAs & Advisors; and Secretary Spencer Harris, president of Mostly Serious and co-founder of Habitat Communication & Culture.

The Springfield-Greene County Library Foundation elected Leia Huffman, Emily Kembell, Clif Smart and Stephanie Stenger to three-year terms on its board of directors. Huffman is a director with Forvis Mazars LLP; Kembell is a partner with Kembell Woods & Martinsen LLP; Smart is the retired president of Missouri State University; and Stenger is CEO of Springfield Land LP.

Retail
Springfield-based outdoor retailer Bass Pro Shops was No. 1 in its category of camping and outdoor gear on Newsweek’s 2025 list of America’s Best of the Best. An independent survey was conducted for the list, on which Bass Pro had an overall score of 89.36 out of a possible 100.
