Service Vetter Health Services promoted Kimberley Lippleman to executive director of the Creekside at Elfindale Retirement Community. Lippleman, who earned a bachelor’s in education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, has worked at Creekside since 2007, most recently as dietary supervisor.
J.D. Power and Associates ranked Verizon Wireless as the highest in network quality in the southwest region, which includes Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.
The ranking was based on a network quality performance study that surveyed roughly 27,000 subscribers, January–June, about their wireless voice, text messaging and data usage experiences.
Finance Stephanie Callahan and Staci Ogle were both promoted to the positions of vice president of operations at Springfield First Community Bank. Callahan, an MSU graduate, has been with the bank since 2008 and has 16 years of banking experience. Ogle has 13 years of banking experience and attended MSU before completing paralegal studies through the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
Education Brandon Kittle and Rachel Leonard joined Victory Trade School, and Kyle Kearbey was promoted to dean of students. Kittle, a Ozark Christian College graduate, was named department chairman of the school’s biblical studies program, a post previously held by Kearbey, and Leonard, a graduate of Southeastern University in Florida, was hired as the school’s executive assistant.
Bernie Dana, an Evangel University associate professor of business and department chairman, presented a seminar, “If You Can’t Measure Quality, You Can’t Claim It,” in Lincoln, Neb., during the 2012 Fall Convention of the Nebraska Health Care Association.
Dana has 28 years of experience as a corporate executive and consultant in the long-term care profession. He has served as chairman of the American Health Care Association Board of Overseers for the National Quality Award programs.[[In-content Ad]]
