Hood-Rich Architecture hired Josh Livingston as an architect and project manager. With 17 years of experience in commercial design and construction, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Arts
Springfield Little Theatre hired Marci Bowling as development director. She worked for BKD LLP since 2008, most recently as business development executive, and previously was development and public relations director for Developmental Center of the Ozarks for a decade. She leads the theater’s efforts in raising financial support.

Banking
Hawthorn Bank promoted commercial lender Clint Caffey to president of the southwest region. Succeeding Scott Franklin, Caffey has 14 years of banking experience, including vice president stints with Simmons Bank and Hawthorn Bank.

Education
New Covenant Academy students Ryan Carmack, Eli Brown and Tedd Fraser earned a spot at Future Business Leaders of America’s national competition in Anaheim, California, after taking first place at the State Leadership Conference. FBLA adviser Ashley Menefee will travel with the team.

Southwest Baptist University alumni Kayla Bobeen and Taylor Jaudes were recognized among Missouri’s Outstanding Beginning Teachers by the Missouri Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. Bobeen teaches fourth grade at Willard East Elementary School, and Jaudes teaches third grade at Bolivar Intermediate School.

Government
The city of Lebanon hired Sandy Shore as manager of the Floyd W. Jones Airport and Nicole McGinnis as tourism director. Shore has worked as an airport operations specialist at the Veterans Williamson County Regional Airport in Illinois, and McGinnis has experience as sales director for the Country Club Hotel in Lake Ozark.

Missouri Lt. Gov. Mike Parson was appointed co-chairman of the Boards and Commissions Task Force. Gov. Eric Greitens called on the 12-member task force to examine the purposes, costs, sizes and consolidation opportunities of all government boards and commissions.

Media
ADsmith Marketing and Advertising hired Armand Emmott as a digital media specialist. His previous experience includes work as a digital account manager at Springfield News-Leader.
 
Jump Six Marketing was named a Google Premier Partner, after a year working toward the new status to place client advertisements on Google search and display networks.

Nonprofit
Kimberly Morelock
was named executive director of Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks Inc. Previously, she served as education coordinator for the Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association and as executive director for the Community Alliance for Compassionate Care at the End of Life.

The HFO board also elected six new members: Bradley Fisher of Missouri State University, Dr. Melissa Gaines of CoxHealth, Dr. Albert Leonardo Jr. of Mercy Clinic Hospice & Palliative Care Internal Medicine, Paul Reinert of Integrity Home Care & Hospice, Sativa Boatman-Sloan of the Law Office of Sativa Boatman-Sloan and 417 Elder Law and Regina Waters of Drury University.

Real Estate
SVN International recognized Mike Fusek of Sperry Van Ness/Rankin Co. as the No. 6 commercial real estate broker for 2016. He received the award among 1,600 advisers at a convention in Tampa, Florida.
