KPM CPAs & Advisors added Bryan Foster as accounting outsourcing department head, succeeding Jay McIntyre, who serves as the shareholder in charge of KPM Wealth Advisors. Foster, a certified public accountant, has 25 years of accounting experience and holds a bachelor’s in accounting and a master of accountancy from Missouri State University.

The Whitlock Co. hired Christy McCue as a supervisor and Catie Woolard as a staff accountant. With 20 years of banking experience, McCue works on financial client loans and audits. Woolard specializes in tax and audit accounting. Both have bachelor’s degrees in accounting from Western Governors University, and Woolard also has a master’s in accounting from WGU.

Architecture
Ireland Architects Inc. hired Emonn Ray as a drafter. She holds an associate degree in drafting and design technology from Ozarks Technical Community College.

Banking & Finance
Central Bank in Springfield made six appointments: Kandi Drake and Sandra Marcil as retail officers and banking center managers; Tisha Radcliff as assistant vice president and banking center manager; Carolyn Gentry as vice president and retail sales manager; Katie McDonough as professional development officer; and Jose DelaTorre as a retail sales specialist. Drake has worked five years in banking, previously as assistant branch manager for Central. Marcil has 17 years of assistant manager banking experience. Radcliff has 16 years of managerial experience. Gentry has worked with Central for 17 years of her 23-year banking career. McDonough has 18 years of experience, most recently as a retail sales specialist. DelaTorre has worked 12 years in sales and customer service, previously as a banking center manager for Central.

Arvest Wealth Management was named to the National Association of Plan Advisors’ list of the top defined contribution advisor teams with assets under advisement of more than $100 million.

Government
Missouri Rep. Lincoln Hough, R-Springfield, was recognized as a 2022 Business Champion by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Recipients have at least a 70% voting record on priority business and economic development issues, and Hough is one of nine lawmakers this year to earn a 100% designation.

Nonprofit
Danielle Wise joined FosterAdopt Connect Inc. as development director. She previously worked as development director for the Ozarks Technical Community College Foundation.

Springfield Ballet Inc. appointed Emily Walley as education programs coordinator. She’s a former student and performer, and has worked for the ballet since 2019, most recently as an instructor and production assistant.
