Brooke Liggett, partner at EllisonLiggett Litigation Consultants, taught two webinars for the Consultants Training Institute and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, as well as a Webinar for the Missouri Bar titled, “Economic Damages and Using a Forensic Economist.”

Architecture H Design Group hired Ryan Phillips as a project manager. Phillips has 13 years of industry experience, working previously at Hight-Jackson Associates. He holds a bachelor’s in architecture from Louisiana Tech University.
Banking and Finance Central Trust & Investment Co. promoted Jeremy Loftin to vice president and relationship manager, Martha Atkisson to assistant vice president and relationship manager and Christopher Huntley to an investment officer. Loftin, a certified financial planner, has 12 years of experience, the last three years at Central Trust. During a 19-year career, Atkisson has worked five years with Central Trust. Huntley, a certified financial planner, has been with the company for three years and holds an MBA from Missouri State University.
Sarah Russell joined UMB Bank as vice president and private banking client manager in UMB’s private wealth management division. Responsible for developing banking solutions for high-net-worth clients, she has 12 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s in finance from MSU.
BancorpSouth promoted Matt Smith to credit officer and hired Scott Davis as a mortgage loan officer. Smith, who holds a bachelor’s in finance from MSU, has worked for the bank since 2009, with three years as a credit analyst. Davis has 20 years of financial and insurance industry experience, and he has worked as a mortgage lender for four years.
Donald Babb joined the Bank of Bolivar board as an advisory director. Babb has worked as CEO of Bolivar’s Citizens Memorial Healthcare since 1981.
Education Global University President Gary Seevers was named a Diligent Christian Leader and an honorary member of the Sigma Chi Phi Honor Society of the Alliance for Assemblies of God Higher Education during a spring commencement ceremony at Valley Forge Christian College. Seevers received his bachelor’s from Valley Forge Christian College in 1981.

The Commission of Accreditation with the American Psychological Association approved reaccreditation of the doctor of clinical psychology program at theSchool of Professional Psychology at Forest Institute. The commission is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council of Higher Education Accreditation as the national accrediting authority for professional education and training in doctoral-level psychology.
Kezia Lilly, dean and nursing administrator of the Mercy College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Southwest Baptist University, received the Dean’s Legacy Award from Case Western Reserve University. The award honors graduates of CWRU’s Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing for contributions to the school and community.
Southwest Baptist University’s Department of Marketing and Communications won an award from the Collegiate Advertising Awards for its marketing brochure sent to prospective students. The top 16 percent of roughly 800 entries from the United States and Canada were recognized.

Springfield Public Schools named Amy Patton principal of Rountree Elementary School. With a bachelor’s in elementary education and a master’s in education administration from MSU, she previously worked as a principal’s assistant at Disney and Bingham elementary schools.
Food Service Local Domino’s Pizza General Manager Jimmy Ruedlinger is competing in Domino’s 2014 World’s Fastest Pizza Maker finals in Las Vegas. The competition tracks the speed to make one large cheese pizza and two large one-topping pizzas.
Health Care Suzi Waltke was promoted to operations director at Phoenix Home Care. Waltke has worked for the company for three years and previously worked as the regional director of home health at Integrity Home Care for seven years.
Research firm KLAS named HealthMedX the No. 1 electronic medical records vendor for value and customer loyalty and development of new technology in the report, Long-term Care 2014: Which Vendors Deliver on Fundamentals? HealthMedX also was rated No. 1 in the product development category. KLAS found 100 percent of HealthMedX customers surveyed said they would purchase its EMR product again.
