Accounting
KPM CPAs & Advisors staff accountant Blake Greble earned his certified public accountant license from the Missouri State Board of Accountancy. Greble has bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Missouri State University.

Dana Havens, senior financial adviser and managing partner at Affinity Wealth Partners, was named to Forbes’ Best-In-State Top Women Wealth Advisors list. It’s a return to the list for Havens, who has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry.

Banking & Finance
Central Trust Co., a division of The Central Trust Bank, hired Beth Koppang to join its team of wealth management professionals in Springfield. Koppang, who took on the role of senior trust officer and relationship manager, has a decade of wealth management experience. She has a bachelor’s in English from the University of Nebraska.

Education
Branson Public Schools promoted April Hawkins and hired Austin Kendrick. Named director of human resources, Hawkins has been a district employee since 2016 and previously was principal of Buchanan Elementary. She has a doctorate in educational leadership and policy analysis from the University of Missouri. Kendrick was named assistant principal at Branson High School, coming to the district from his role as physical education teacher and head basketball coach at Reeds Spring School District.

Missouri State University received two honors recognizing its sustainability efforts. MSU was named a 2024 Tree Campus by the Arbor Day Foundation for the 12th consecutive year and received the Bee Campus USA certification from the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation for the third year in a row. The designations recognize MSU’s on-campus trees and its enhancement of habitats for pollinators.

Health Care
The Springfield-Greene County Health Department hired Eric Krug and promoted Jordan Coiner and Stephanie Woehl. The department’s new public health resource manager, Krug has 15 years of experience and an MBA. Promoted to chronic disease prevention administrator, Coiner has been a department employee since 2014. Woehl, who was promoted to communicable disease administrator, has worked at the health department since 2015.

Community Blood Center of the Ozarks honored Michael Tenneson for his 30 years of service as the blood drive coordinator at Evangel University. Tenneson and Evangel have helped collect 5,370 blood donations. Tenneson is a professor of biology and chair of the Department of Natural and Applied Sciences at Evangel.

Nonprofit
Jordan Valley Community Health Center named Kristy Carter as the first executive director of its nonprofit Jordan Valley Family Health Foundation. Carter previously served as executive director of Ozark-based food pantry Least of These Inc.

Real Estate
Coryell Collaborative Group’s The Heritage, a five-story residential and commercial development at the site of the former Heritage Cafeteria, received an Honorable Mention at the EIFS Industry Members Association’s 2024 EIFS Excellence Awards. The awards recognized projects that incorporate exterior insulation and finish systems.
