The Whitlock Co. promoted Josh Beaird, Eric Lampe and Michael Wirth to supervisors from senior accountants and Jacque Mattson, Aaron Spencer and Melinda Thurman to managers from supervisors.

ADsmith Marketing and Advertising hired Virginia Kelley as an accounting assistant and account coordinator. Kelley, who handles billing and client services, has experience in accounting from BKD LLP and Kelley Law Firm PC, as well as a career in radio at KTTS.

Banking and Finance
Guaranty Bank hired Aaron Elmore as senior systems engineer. He has 15 years of information technology experience, most recently as Greene County’s IT manager.

RPS Financial Group Inc. hired Christian Kirk as a financial representative selling Northwestern Mutual products. Kirk has a bachelor’s in computer science from Missouri State University.

Central Bank of the Ozarks promoted Mary Bransfield to banking center manager in Marshfield. With 24 years working in the financial industry, Bransfield manages the branch’s retail sales and operations.

Education
Shawn Widel was named Ozark High School assistant principal for the 2015-16 school year. He has worked 13 years for the district, most recently as the Ozark Upper Elementary assistant principal. Widel holds a bachelor’s in physical education from MSU and a master’s in educational administration from Lindenwood University.

Health Care
The American Heart Association designated Ollis & Co. as platinum level in its Fit-Friendly Worksites Recognition Program for supporting physical activity, healthy eating and wellness in the workplace.

Real Estate
Rachel Gerken of Gerken & Associates Inc. received the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors’ Rookie of the Year Award in her first year working for the firm.

Yulia Gerken of Gerken & Associates earned her Missouri broker’s real estate license. She has two years of experience with the company.
