Branson Bank promoted Jonathan Arnold to vice president-finance and risk officer. He’s responsible for overseeing enterprise risk management functions, credit and asset/liability management and personnel in the credit underwriting department. He also serves as assistant secretary to the board of directors. Arnold holds a bachelor’s in business administration from College of the Ozarks and an MBA from John Brown University in Arkansas.

Lowther Johnson Attorneys at Law LLC named Austin Fax as managing member of the firm, succeeding Gregg Groves. Fax joined Lowther Johnson as an associate in 2015, and his practice areas include personal injury, real estate, labor, business and creditor’s rights.
