Central Bank’s Springfield operation hired Lauren Korbal and promoted Michaele Floyd, Amy Unser and Kimberly White. Korbal, who joined the company as banking center manager and retail officer of its Glen Isle branch, has 15 years of banking industry experience and a bachelor’s in business management. With 28 years of experience in banking, Floyd was promoted to senior vice president and senior sales manager. Unser, who has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Missouri Southern State University, her MBA from Drury University and more than 20 years of banking experience, was promoted to senior vice president of loan administration. With 15 years at Central Bank, White was promoted to assistant vice president and administrative officer.
Chambers of Commerce
Michelle Glenn, membership development director for the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce, was named to the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives’ 40 Under 40 list. Forty of the industry’s top emerging leaders are recognized on the annual list. An employee at the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce for more than eight years, Glenn has an associate degree in applied science, business administration and management from North Arkansas College.
Health Care
Citizens Memorial Hospital hired Dr. Staci Rogers as its new chief medical officer. Rogers has more than 21 years of health care experience. Prior to her arrival at CMH, Rogers most recently served as chief transformation officer at CoxHealth. An obstetrics and gynecology physician, Rogers has her medical degree from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Ohio State University College of Medicine. Rogers is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Dr. Lorri Darrow, Zach Dampier and Oyetunji “TJ” Oyedji joined the behavioral health team at Ozarks Community Hospital’s Evergreen Clinic. Darrow is a psychiatrist, and Dampier and Oyedji are psychiatric nurse practitioners. With education at the International University of the Health Sciences and Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, Darrow completed her residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dampier has a bachelor’s in psychology from Missouri State University and a bachelor’s and master’s in nursing from Cox College. Oyedji serves as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a behavioral health specialty.
CoxHealth’s cardiac rehabilitation program at the Wheeler Heart and Vascular Center was recertified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. The designation reflects the program’s commitment to patient care and outcomes. Additionally, Cox Medical Center Branson successfully attained AACVPR certification.
Technology
CPI Technologies President and CEO Erik Crane was named among ENX Magazine’s 2025 Difference Makers. Crane was one of 66 individuals chosen for the honor to recognize their success in the office technology industry. Crane, who has a bachelor’s in kinesiology from Kansas State University, has led CPI Technologies for 33 years.
