Kim Fino joined Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow and Tri-Lakes Metro Title Co. as marketing director for LandChoice Co. LLC’s southwest region. Tri-Lakes is one of LandChoice’s six brands. Fino has eight years of experience in the title and escrow business as an outside sales representative. She previously worked at Land America – Southland title, where she was a national account manager in Orange County, Calif.

Lance Pearce joined Guaranty Bank as senior vice president of lending for Christian County, where the bank will open a new location in the spring. Pearce has 15 years of experience in underwriting and is well-connected in the commercial development and investment community. Pearce previously was a vice president of lending for Peoples Bank in Nixa. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
