Four Springfield-area US Bank employees were recognized for achieving the bank's annual Pinnacle Award, one of US Bank's highest retail employee achievement honors. Debbie Branison, in-store lead manager at the location in the Wal-Mart Supercenter at 2825 N. Kansas Expwy., won her second Pinnacle Award. Nadia Cavner, U.S. Bank senior vice president, a consistent Pinnacle Award winner, achieved the honor again. Cindy Heaton, retail banking officer and branch manager at the 2062 E. Anthony D. Lynn, CPA, a shareholder with the firm Davis, Lynn & Moots PC, recently served as a speaker at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' National Conference. Randall G. Moots, CPA, a shareholder with Davis, Lynn & Moots PC, recently attended the 2002 American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Peer Review Conference in Dallas. Michael Kellermann, an agent with Allstate, recently earned the title of personal financial representative, and is licensed to provide investment products in addition to insurance products. The financial products Kellermann now provides are variable annuity, variable life and mutual fund products. He received the personal financial representative title following successful completion of Series 6 and Series 63 securities licensed exams. Kim Nichols, vice president and trust officer with Springfield Trust Company, has earned the certified trust and financial advisor designation. The CTFA designation is awarded to financial services professionals whose primary function and expertise are focused on the provision of fiduciary services related to trusts, estate guardianships and individual asset management accounts.|ret||ret||tab|

Billie Jo Hamilton, financial aid director for Southwest Missouri State University, was elected treasurer of the Midwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators for 2002-2003.
