Fraley holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Missouri State University and a Master of Business Administration in finance and management from Rockhurst University. He is a certified treasury professional and has more than eight years of banking experience. As treasurer, Fraley is responsible for all aspects of the bank's assets and liability management.
Andrew Tasset, vice president and marketing manager of Empire Bank, graduated from the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management, a two-year program that provides guidance and education from marketing professionals. Tasset has 15 years of marketing and advertising management and is an MSU graduate.
Commerce Bank promoted Brenda Harris to residential real estate lending specialist for Bolivar and the surrounding area. Harris, a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. She has more than 10 years of sales and banking experience, most recently as a financial services representative at Commerce. In her new position, she is responsible for mortgage business development and customer service.
Matt Connell, vice president and financial adviser at UMB Financial Services in Springfield, earned his Certified Financial Planner designation from the CFP Board of Standards, completing coursework and passing the certification exam. He joined UMB in 2005 and provides financial consulting and planning services for businesses and individuals.
TelComm Credit Union named Lindy R. Evans vice president of lending and collections. Evans, an MSU graduate, has 25 years of experience in real estate and commercial lending and collections. Evans oversees all lending and collection activities for TelComm's five area locations.
TelComm Credit Union promoted Debby Jordan to manager of its Nixa branch. She has been with TelComm for 18 years, previously in several roles, including loan specialist and branch manager of the Battlefield Road location.
TelComm Credit Union promoted Lori Johnson to vice president of marketing and business development. A graduate of MSU, Johnson has 14 years of experience in sales and marketing and coordinates all marketing, media, staff training and business development activities for the credit union.
Jamie Clark, vice president and loan officer with Empire Bank in Marshfield, earned the Certified Mortgage Banker designation. He has 13 years of lending experience and handles personal, construction, mortgage and commercial loans.
OakStar Bank named Andrea McKinney senior vice president and director of client services. McKinney holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from MSU. She previously worked at PaineWebber on the East Coast and at U.S. Bank and Commerce Bank in Springfield. McKinney has completed the Cannon Financial Institute Private Banking Schools I and II.
OakStar Bank named Mark Bybee senior vice president and chief lending officer. Bybee, a graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, has 11 years of commercial lending experience. He also completed his Master of Business Administration at SBU. Previously, he worked at U.S. Bank and Commerce Bank.
Central Trust & Investment Co. promoted Bob Jones to president and CEO from executive vice president. Jones holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. Prior to joining Central Trust, Jones spent eight years as a senior managing director and St. Louis market manager for U.S. Bank Private Client Group.
He also was a vice president and senior client adviser with Harris Bank Wealth Management Group and a vice president and head of private banking at Northern Trust in Chicago.
Weston Kissee joined the Springfield office of Edward Jones financial adviser Stan Jinks, providing financial services, ranging from college savings to retirement, for individuals.
Candice Reed joined Empire Bank as banking center manager and retail officer for the bank's South National Avenue banking center. Reed holds a bachelor's degree from MSU, and she has more than 11 years of sales and banking experience.
