Banking and Finance
Arvest Bank’s equipment finance division was ranked No. 83 by leasing and finance publication MonitorDaily in its annual 2019 Monitor 100 list of the largest U.S. equipment finance/leasing companies. Up one spot from last year, Arvest has been on the list five consecutive years.

Energy
Sun Solar LLC hired Rusty Edwards and Steve Trotter as commercial energy consultants and promoted Bill Wilson to commercial sales manager. The company also moved residential energy consultant Scott Funk to the commercial sales team. Edwards spent 12 years with Cabela’s Retail MO LLC as a regional and store manager, as well as time as a national account manager for Yo-Zuri USA. Trotter has 25 years of real estate experience, and Wilson started as an energy consultant in 2015.

Health Care
CoxHealth promoted Teresa Coyan to vice president of public affairs from director of public affairs. In her 11th year at CoxHealth, she works to advance the policy and legislative agenda supporting its patients, employees and community at local, state and national levels.

Law
Steve Garner, managing partner of Strong, Garner & Bauer PC, was selected to The Inner Circle of Advocates, which comprises the top 100 plaintiff lawyers nationwide. Garner, who has been with the firm for 33 years, also was recognized for the 17th consecutive year by Best Lawyers in its 2020 edition of Best Lawyers in America. He was noted for work in insurance law, medical malpractice, personal injury and product liability litigation.

Best Lawyers in America also recognized five partners at Strong, Garner & Bauer. Jeff Bauer was named 2020 Lawyer of the Year in Insurance Law in Springfield, and Neil Chanter received Lawyer of the Year in Medical Malpractice Law-Plaintiffs in Springfield. Chandler Gregg was recognized with the 2020 Best Lawyers Personal Injury Litigation-Plaintiffs designation, while Grant Rahmeyer was named to the 2019 Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers list, and Nick Smart was named a 2019 Missouri & Kansas Rising Star.

Manufacturing
Springfield ReManufacturing Corp. promoted Chad Meyers to executive vice president of SRC Heavy Duty-Engines and Components and SRC Heavy Duty-Whole Goods from general manager. He has 10 years of experience with the company.

SRC promoted three individuals to general manager positions: Chris Kleinfeld at SRC Heavy Duty-Engines and Components, James Chandler at SRC Heavy Duty-Whole Goods and Spencer Cunningham in the sales, marketing and business development departments for the Whole Goods and Engines and Components divisions. Kleinfeld has served as director of engineering for the past three years, and Chandler has worked with SRC for 23 years. Cunningham has 13 years of experience with the company, most recently as director of sales and marketing.

Whitaker Publishing LLC Audience Development Director Dayle Duggins was named in the Folio: 100 strategist category. Recognizing entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and industry impact, Duggins was credited with a redesign of 417 Magazine’s digital properties and for the team’s bronze award for multimedia work from the Alliance of Area Business Publishers in 2017.

Sales
Cintas Corporate Services Inc. promoted Wade Knapp to market sales manager. He started with the company in 2015 and previously held positions of service sales representative, service supervisor and service manager. Knapp has bachelor’s in sports and recreation administration from Missouri State University.
