Law Gov. Jay Nixon nominated Gregory Weaver of Everest College in Springfield to the Missouri Ethics Commission, which is charged with reviewing alleged violations of lobbying, campaign finance disclosure and conflict of interest laws. Weaver, whose term is scheduled to end March 15, 2018, serves as Everest’s lead paralegal instructor, and he holds a law degree from University of Missouri.
