Dan Lennon was named vice president of marketing and public relations for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau. Lennon served as director of marketing at the Welk Resort-Branson from its opening in 1994 through October 2002. He provides marketing and public relations services to several Branson theaters and lodging properties via his own consulting firm. He has extensive experience in corporate training, technical writing and curriculum design. He also is a co-producer and featured vocalist in the Lennon Brothers Morning Show. |ret||ret||tab|

Cindy L. Morris was named executive director of the Table Rock Lake/ Kimberling City Area Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Morris was president of the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce in Grove, Okla. She also has held various leadership positions with other chambers of commerce in Wichita, Kan., Robertsdale, Ala., Hot Springs, Ark., and Bartlesville, Okla. Lissa Hill was promoted to director of operations at Equally Yoked Christian Singles with the recent addition of regional offices in Joplin, Fayetteville, Ark., and Tulsa, Okla. With the promotion, Hill continues to manage the Springfield office and oversee local activities, and she also oversees prospect consulting and member services for all of Equally Yoked Midwest. Hill has been with the company for six years. Dennis Lewis, director of safety and security for Springfield Public Schools, presented a program at the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation National Strategy Program, held in October in Washington, D.C. The topic of the forum was "Schools: Prudent Preparation for a Catastrophic Terrorism Incident." Lewis, president of the National Association of School Safety and Law Enforcement Officers, addressed funding requirements for developing and implementing a catastrophic terrorism incident plan. |ret||ret||tab|

John Rehani joined the Springfield office of Penney, Murray and Associates, a branch of American Express Financial Advisors, as a personal financial advisor. Rehani has been with AEFA for 22 years in various positions. Prior to his new position, Rehani worked for American Express Financial Advisors as field vice president of the Gateway Market Group, leading a team of 155 financial advisors serving Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. Dave Berry, publisher and vice president of Community Publishers of Missouri Inc., was elected to Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation's board of directors. Berry, a 26-year resident of Bolivar, was elected to the board because of his deep community commitment, his business insight and his knowledge of Bolivar and the surrounding area. The CMH Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that owns and operates five long-term care facilities, a residential care facility, three independent living communities, seven home medical equipment satellite locations, health transportation, Homemaker Plus, and 15 physician clinic buildings.
