June A. Wilson was promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of OMNB. Prior to her promotion, she served as senior vice president and cashier for the bank. Linda Lindsay was appointed vice president-assistant secretary of Guaranty Bank by its board of directors. Lindsay has been with Guaranty Bank since 1998.
