Empire Bank hired Rick Keeven as commercial business sales officer and promoted Linda Choate to human resources officer. Keeven markets commercial financial products, and Choate assists with employment, training, employee relations and benefits.
Health Care Heather Swearengin was promoted to director of sales and provider operations at CoxHealth Network. An eight-year Cox employee, Swearengin most recently worked as director of marketing for Cox HealthPlans. She has a bachelor’s in human services from Evangel University.
CoxHealth promoted Teresa Coyan to business development manager from executive assistant in the corporate integrity department. Coyan has a bachelor’s in management from MSU.
Katy Link was promoted to CoxHealth’s contract development manager from underwriting manager. She previously worked as a BKD accountant and has a bachelor’s in accounting from University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Debbie Cain, vice president of operations and director of nursing at Cox Home Parenteral Services, received the National Home Infusion Association 2010 Gene Graves Award for Lifetime Achievement. Cain, a registered nurse, has volunteered for NHIA since 1997. The Grave’s award recognizes an individual who embodies energy, innovative spirit, leadership and commitment to patients.
