Those crazy kids! Bill Compere and Anne Cox surprised both friends and family when they eloped to Branson Dec. 28. The happy couple held an open house Jan. 29 at the Urban District Alliance office downtown to celebrate their union. The wedding was pulled off with a week's planning, according to Anne Compere, and the toughest part was getting the wedding license right smack in the middle of the holiday season. SBJ extends its heartfelt congratulations.
