New York leads six-state team in lawsuit against EPA

New York Attorney General Letitia James is leading a six-state team in a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency.

The suit filed by the states seeks to force the EPA to comply with federal law by requiring more controls on smog.

The EPA last month finalized a rule overturning an Obama-era push to limit smog-forming ozone pollution.
