New York developer SomeraRoad Inc. has secured public incentives for a series of projects in Kansas City's West Bottoms.
The company is planning $526.7 million worth of "live-work-play" redevelopment projects over the next 15 years.
The city's Planned Industrial Expansion Authority voted to approve $64.3 million in incentives for the projects, which include apartments, hotel rooms and offices.
