A new warehouse spanning nearly 1 million square feet is under construction at a St. Louis-area business park in Metro East.
Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development is developing the fifth warehouse in the Gateway TradePort industrial park. Edwardsville, Illinois-based Contegra Construction is the general contractor.
NorthPoint Development is the owner and developer of the 600-acre industrial park in Pontoon Beach, Illinois. The tenant of the new warehouse has not been disclosed.
