New streaming service BritBox brings British TV to the US

BBC Worldwide is partnering with U.K. broadcaster ITV and AMC Networks to launch a streaming service targeting the United States.

Dubbed BritBox, the service is designed to deliver the largest subscription video-on-demand library of British television anywhere on the market today.

The service is expected to debut in the first quarter.
