New moms at eBay to get 6 months of paid leave

Online auction website eBay announced it will increase the number of paid weeks new moms can take off to 24. They'll be offered full pay.

Previously, they could receive 10 weeks at 80 percent pay.

New dads, who previously didn't receive paid leave, can now get 12 weeks at full pay.
