A new distribution center is expected to create 1,464 jobs in Kansas City.
The city recently received filings for a 630,000-square-foot distribution center that's code-named "Project Falcon." The facility would be located in KCI 29 Logistics Park.
The Kansas City Business Journal reports that multiple signs point to Amazon as the company behind the project.
